Red was found tied to a phone pole by a 2 foot lead , which he had wrapped around and only had about 6 inches of room , in 105 degree heat. Needless to say he nearly suffered a heat stroke before he was found and rescued.  I spotted him at the shelter when I went to pick up Suki and had to bring him home to.
