My name is Toby , I came from a horrid place that is in my opinion a puppymill. I was lucky that they did not want me anymore. I was taken to an Auction in Hiawatha Kansas on Oct 21st 2006 and sold to the highest bidder. Several nice rescue people went and got out as many dogs as they could so they would not go to another horrid place.
I am a AKC Registered Bichon - my AKC name is Shadyhills Turbo Charger.
My foster mom renamed me Toby as I did not know that other name.
01/11/2008 - Toby went down in his back end and was found to have sever arthritis.
01/19/2008 - Toby stood up and walked , wobbly , but he is on his way back up again now.
08/28/2008 - Toby is doing well , still not 100% but he gets around and in and out the doggy door.
