Oscar

Oscar came from a "show breeder" with over 60 Pekes. He is 11 years old and has a grade 4 heart murmur and was emaciated on his arrival. He is still quite skinny and has rotten teeth. Due to his bad heart he can not be put under at this time for neutering or to get his teeth cleaned. We are hoping that a few months of proper nutrition will  help him to gain weight and lower the grade on his heart murmur so we can safely put him under to clean his teeth and neuter him.
